Heinrix and another guy, Marazhai, come from a universe where a god named Slaanesh has eaten most of the other gods, as well as what sounds like countless souls
there are things that draw Slaanesh's attention, like certain types of souls, as well as the use of magic and magical analogues
it creates something they identify as "chaos"
and apparently when chaos has advanced to a certain point within somebody, it risks attracting She Who Thirsts (Slaanesh) which is bad news for everybody because of that thing where they've eaten a ton of gods etc.
